BONDI JUNCTION MASTERPLAN
Let Waverley Council know WHAT YOU THINK of the BONDI JUNCTION MASTERPLAN which includes housing, commercial and business and community elements. The plan considers 3000 new dwellings, knocking down existing facilities like the Library, creating civic spaces for great amenity and major development of the junction. If you live or work in Waverley, take 10 minutes to let the council know what you think, via Council's Have Your Say site.

The second LINK is a detailed website focusing on issues arising from the current Draft Masterplan and the 42 amendments to the plan, moved by the Mayor at a recent Council meeting, some of which could impact existing preservation of heritage buildings, current maximum height restrictions, floor to space ratios, demolition of existing community facilities including the Waverley Library, community-based childcare centres and sale of income producing assets and sites. All isssues facing residents, workers and others who transit through the junction on a daily basis. Create a quick submission on this site, to send to Council, commenting on issues such as sunlight, building heights, preservation of important heritage buildings and neighbourhoods and more.
